Custom Job Policy
All custom work is non refundable and non returnable. Before we begin work on any custom jobs we require a customer sign-off.
Due to our high volume of custom work, turn around time is 7-10 days plus shipping/freight time. If you would like to put a rush on your custom order we can do that for an extra charge.
Return Policy
Chimney Liner Depot will accept returns on undamaged or unused items up to 3 days from product delivery. We will not accept a return on any oval, square, or rectangle chimney liners. Also, we will not accept a return on custom fabricated chimney parts, insulation and insulation kits. Return shipping charges will be paid for by the customer. All returned items may incur a 30% restocking fee. All items received by the customer that are damaged will be handled on a claim-by-claim basis.
Cancellation Policy
Chimney Liner Depot will only accept a cancellation of an order if the cancellation is made by phone by 4:00 pm EST on the day of the order. If the cancellation is made in the given time frame, the restocking fee will be waived. If the cancellation is received after 4:00 pm EST on the day of the order, then a 30% restocking fee may be charged to the customer.
All returns must be authorized prior to return shipping.
You will need to contact Customer Service, 1-866-286-1062 ext. 100, to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA).
