Chimney Liner Depot will accept returns on undamaged unused items up to 3 days from product delivery.
Returned shipping charges will be paid for by the customer. A 20% restocking fee will apply. Large items
that require freight shipping such as stoves will incur a 30% restocking fee. All items received by the
customer that are damaged will be handled on a claim-by-claim basis.
