Return Policy
Chimney Liner Depot will accept returns on undamaged or unused items up to 3 days from product delivery. We will not accept a return on any oval, square, or rectangle chimney liners. Also, we will not accept a return on custom fabricated chimney pieces, insulation and insulation kits. Return shipping charges will be paid for by the customer. All returned items will incur a 30% restocking fee. All items received by the customer that are damaged will be handled on a claim-by-claim basis.
Cancellation Policy
Chimney Liner Depot will only accept a cancellation of an order if it is sent in writing either by fax (570-848-4260) or email (contact@chimneylinerdepot.com) by 4:00 pm EST on the day of the order. If the cancellation is done in the given time frame, the restocking fee will be waived. If the cancellation is received after 4:00 pm EST on the day of the order, then a 30% restocking fee will be charged to the customer.
All returns must be authorized prior to return shipping.
You will need to contact Customer Service, 1-800-943-1515, to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA).
